At a time when climate change is exacerbating inequality and tension, this exhibition offers a visual reflection on one of the fundamental elements that unites—or divides—communities, territories, and generations: water. Five photographers—Cosimo Calabrese, Valeria Cherchi, Eleonora D’Angelo, Giulia Parlato and Roselena Ramistella—focus on stories that reveal social and environmental fractures, but also the often silent and resilient attempts to rebuild bonds, generate new awareness, and transform difficulties into opportunities for dialogue. Continuing on from the previous edition dedicated to Northern Italy, this new stage of the project—created through a collaboration between Gallerie d’Italia and Intesa Sanpaolo, with editorial contributions from Green & Blue—documents the present in order to imagine a more conscious, fair, and shared future.
