The film “I Am Not Seen” addresses the question of dehumanization and dematerialization of our world through an assembly of some surveillance videos captured online. When our need for protection echoes the fear of death and the disappearance of our image goes hand in hand with the disappearance of our humanity, what remains is a disturbing world crossed by a single and virtual voice whose thoughts through the movie by way of poetic subtitles.
Aurore Dal Mas (Ottignies, Belgium, 1981) explores relationships and physicality through photography, video, installations and writing.
