The fourth edition of the festival continues in the same direction of innovation, experimentation and high quality as chartered with the first edition of 2011. Cortona On The Move is consecrated as one of the most significant events on the international photography scene.
This edition hosted great photographers of the calibre of: Rob Hornstra, Jacob Aue Sobol e William Albert Allard. Among diverse novelties there was an exhibition of smart photography curated by Kathy Ryan and Scott Thode. Integral features of the festival programme included inaugural events, debates, projections, workshops and portfolio reviews by top Italian and foreign photo editors.

OFF CIRCUIT: the call for talented young photographers resulted in 593 submissions from all over the globe. The 5 chosen finalists, Dmitry Kostyukov, Lorenzo Masi At first glance, Marco Casino Staff Riding, Mateusz SarelloSwell,Sergio Rolando Manifold Landscape, had their work exhibited during the 2015 edition of the festival.
Happiness ONTHEMOVE INTERNATIONAL AWARD: the third edition of our international prize competition in partnership with Consorzio Vino Chianti, and with exhibitions by the winners of the previous year’s edition.
ITALIANI ONTHEROAD: a call themed on Italy’s best-loved mode of transport in partnership with Repubblica.it and aimed at the national daily’s readership.
